Carter did not show up to detail my car when our appointment was scheduled. It took awhile to reach him and he asked to reschedule another day. First of all, he should have let me know he wasn't going to do the work BEFORE I made arrangements to get at his place of business on time. Secondly, he should have replied to my calls and texts for the 3 days prior. Actually, that should have been a big red flag for me. Carter may be good at what he does, but if he has any intention of growing his business, he needs to work on his customer service.

They are the best detailers in the area. Booking an appointment was very easy, and their prices are very reasonable; plus, their behavior is excellent.
